About myself

“I love to capture emotions and communicate in a discreet and subtle way.”

Hetepheres was officially born in 2003.
I’m the creator of this brand.

I mean “officially” as the year in which I had put on line the first edition of the website. I have chosen this name because I was interested in Egyptian History, in particulary the Queen Hetepheres I.
She was a wife of pharaoh Sneferu (famous for the Bent Pyramid) and the mother of King Keope. I love his tastes in jewelry and in precious things. She was also connected with my old interests (exoterism, crystals, mythology, celtic culture).

When I started working in graphic design, this was my personal brand, I used it as a portfolio and blog.

Now it’s only a personal and private blog.

Bio

I was born and raised in a small town in nord-est of Italy, during the dark-wave music years, it should be for this reason I had an insane passion for cemeteries, with the consequent obsession with comics and drawing. The first I set it down and the second kidnapped me.

At the university I chose a degree course that no longer exists (a mixture between cinema and computer science), which gave me a way to appreciate and love art and technology. During my career I used the interactive design to merge all the senses, I believe you can not see the world without a sinestesic point of view. In my personal and professional projects, I always explore the balance between analog and digital, merging them according to the feelings I want to transmit.
